- Returns & Exchanges
7-day return/exchange from delivery date.
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags.
Non-returnable items: innerwear, personal care, clearance/sale items, customized products.
- Return Process
Email us at kibafashions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange pickup or guide for self-shipping (if courier not available).
- Refunds
Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
Size/color exchanges allowed (if stock available).
If out of stock, refund will be issued.
- Order Cancellations
Can be cancelled within 24 hours if not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations not accepted.
- Damaged or Wrong Products
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
